The 69th Independence Day Celebration was held across the country under the theme "Building Prosperity, Restoring Hope"
As part of activities marking the celebration at the Bosomtwe District Assembly, a parade of school children and the general public took place on Friday, 6th March 2026 at 7:30 a.m. at the Kuntanase D/A School Park opposite the Bosomtwe District Assembly.
This important occasion was led by the Hon. District Chief Executive in corroboration with the Hon. Member of Parliament and accompanied by the DCD, All Heads of Departments and Unit, Hon. Assembly Members and community members.
