
The phase 2 of the engagement was held at Aputuoya and Feyiase community. This was a plan of the District Chief Executive (DCE) to promote participatory governance and enhance public development in the District Assembly. The objective of the exercise was to engage directly with communities and identify their most pressing developmental challenges. This exercise was conducted on Wednesday, 16th July, 2025. The objectives of the community engagement are to provide a platform for community members to voice their developmental needs and concerns, to identify priority issues for inclusion in the district’s development planning framework and to strengthen the relationship between the district assembly and the local communities. During the meeting several key concerns were raised by members of the communities regarding the development needs in their area. These concerns included Education, Legal framework to operate tricycle and others matters. The DCE ensured community members that he was in to work together with them to improve on the development of the constituency.
