On Monday, 14th September, 2026, the Military led by the Minister for Defense and Staff, handed over the Right-of-Way Clearance passages designated for the Accra-Kumasi Expressway Project. The President accompanied by the Minister for Roads and Highways, the Minister for Defense, the Minister for Finance, the Ashanti Regional Minister and various MMDCEs graced the occasion with their presence to make it a success. The Traditional Council, Assembly Members and community members were also present at the gathering to render their support to the Project.
